Artwork for engraving custom items can be sent in a variety of PC formats.
The preferred formats are: .EPS, .TIF, .PDF, .AI, .BMP, .JPG

All artwork must be 300 DPI or greater.

Artwork must be in a black and white format with no grayscale.

Immediately after placing your order, attach your artwork in an email to marknit@earthlink.net. Please reference your last name, order number and phone number.

Artwork Alteration/Clean-up:
If the artwork supplied will not work, you will be contacted with a request for different art. We may be able to alter your artwork in-house or send it to an outside vendor for alteration. We charge $50 per hour to make artwork alterations with a 1â2 hour ($25) minimum. A slight delay in your order may be caused by artwork alterations.
Sports Logos:
Sports items may be engraved with a logo for the selected sport (i.e.: a baseball on baseball awards, a basketball on basketball awards). Sports logos are most common on coaches' gifts, including mugs, clipboards, whistles, etc. If you would like to include a sports logo to be engraved on an award, please indicate that in the engraving section of your order. A logo counts as one line of engraved text.
